It mixes, purées, emulsifies, aerates, chops, and grinds, and works on both small and large quantities. Made with the finest materials, with a special motor designed specifically for Bamix, this mixer is also whisper-quiet and vibration-free.     Every night my wife and I make low calorie desserts with our Bamix.We take ice cold skim milk and whip it up with the aerator. Then we add pureed banana or chocolate syrup or left over coffee. You are limited only by your imagination.Get the deluxe model. It's worth the extra money
